Last night, I had dinner with my cousin at Go Juu-Ya, a cozy Japanese restaurant in Kuchai Lama. The vibe was chill and the food hit the spot. If you’re looking for authentic Japanese food at decent prices, this place is worth checking out.
We were pretty hungry and ended up ordering quite a bit:
The total bill came up to RM105.10 for three people. Not bad at all for a solid meal.
Instead of using my debit card, I paid with my Cypher crypto card. The system converted my crypto and the final amount came to $25.49 USD.
That worked out to around $8.49+ USD per person. For sushi? That’s a win.

The best part is that the crypto I used wasn’t even from my own investment funds. It came from the Binance Alpha airdrop I claimed earlier.
If you missed it, I shared about how I used those same rewards to pay for a flight too. You can read that here.
Claiming Binance Alpha airdrops like this feels a bit like free lunch. And now it’s literally paying for meals.
If you’re into Web3 and want to try spending your crypto in real life, the Cypher card is pretty smooth. It works at most places that accept Visa.
When you sign up using my referral link or code, you’ll earn 50 reward points instantly. Those points can be used toward future Cypher benefits, making it even more rewarding to get started.
You’ll help support KLWeb3 and might even get a bonus when you activate your card.
Crypto is slowly becoming part of everyday life. Whether it’s paying for flights or sushi with airdrop rewards, it’s exciting to see how Web3 is evolving beyond just trading.
